I have a 5 year old niece who i absolutely adore and I love spending time with her when I am back at home, but unfortunately she has a condition called spastic cerebal palsy that prevents her from being able to walk properly.

An operation that can fix her nervous system and enable this otherwise perfectly healthy little girl to walk properly and live a normal life. Im going to do a whole bunch of stuff and ask you guys for sponsorship, donations would be well recieved and you will have my many thanks.
